But a problem gambler cannot afford to do nothing and keep gambling either. Watching this "Gambling with Money" DVD over and over again may help. "Gambling with Money" is a 94 minute DVD, which teaches basic probability and explains why gambling is such a money eating monster. It should take some of the fun out of gambling when you understand the principles behind negative expectation games. This DVD covers slot machines, horse racing, lottery, blackjack, video poker, and more. If you have a loved one who suffers from gambling addiction I would suggest watching this DVD with him or her and talking about it afterwards. Just giving this DVD as a gift to a gambling addict is not enough because it is not an exciting action adventure movie. And the guy doing the talking is not exactly the best looking man in the world. There are no chapters so it's one long show. The examples and animations aren't exactly cutting edge CGI, but it does have some fun, entertaining moments. "Gambling with Money" DVD is like being punched in the face for an hour and a half with the message 'don't gamble; DON'T GAMBLE!' Gambling addiction is a life long problem. Even if a problem gambler quits gambling, there is always that lingering temptation in the back of one's mind. While this DVD is not a magic cure, it is a good first step in breaking gambling's hold over you.
